Hyde Valuations, Inc., established in 1991, specializes in working with owners of small to medium sized businesses and their professional advisors. We appraise both businesses and real estate including machinery & equipment and livestock and provide litigation support. Paul R. Hyde is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation, machinery & technical services (machinery & equipment) and Real Property (the only appraiser to hold all three designations as of November 2017). He also holds an MAI designation in real estate appraisal. He is licensed to value real property as a Certified General Appraiser in the States of Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Utah & Washington.
